54 queen's gate is a gem! my wife and i loved how clean and modern it was, yet still had that historical charm. the george eliot room had a super comfortable bed, and the breakfast was excellent. not to mention how close it was to the royal albert hall – perfect for concert-goers!

Charming boutique decor with stylish touches throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Conveniently located near the Natural History Museum and trendy cafes, making it a perfect home base for exploring.

The allocated Double Room fell short on privacy, situated below ground level with no daylight and visible from public areas, which was quite unsettling. Noise from nearby air conditioning units disrupted sleep, compounded by early morning sounds from staff preparations and a busy breakfast area nearby. The breakfast service lacked coordination. despite the limited dining space, finding a clean table was a challenge, and delays in order taking were frustrating. amenities were basic, missing comforts like a minibar or extra hanging space, which could be a downside for extended stays.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location was perfect for visiting Westminster and Covent Garden, with direct routes on the Tube. The gals at the front desk were super helpful, and our room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was a great value, and we enjoyed a lovely evening drink in the charming courtyard. Can’t recommend it enough!

The breakfast service was a bit slow, and we had to ask multiple times for basic items like tea and toast. It felt a little disorganized, which affected the overall experience.

The double room was really lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable, but I found the mattress a bit on the firm side for my taste. The bathroom was nice with good counter space and a great shower, which I loved. There was also an espresso machine in the room, which was a cool bonus. Just wish the room had a bit more storage space, felt a little cramped at times. WiFi worked fine too.
